May 2017
LeaderEQ is founded to provide a deeper level of compatibility for finding and engaging with top executive coaches across dozens of industries.

April 2022 
Agency360 acquires LeaderEQ to create AdvisorEY - a leading talent advisory consulting firm serving as a partner to growing organizations and Fortune 100 firms.

July 2024
AdvisorEY. launches Workplace AdvisoryEY. to include Design & Space Planning services in order to address all workplace needs from your people to your space. 

Executive Team.

Katherine Eskandanian-Yee
Co-Founder

Katherine is a serial entrepreneur whose multi-cultural and multi-lingual background reflects her diverse business experience.  Her journey began as a scientist and quickly veered into a fruitful career in marketing and sales within the natural products, interior design, corporate retail, financial services, tech and finally the human capital space.  Katherine has been instrumental in launching multiple product lines and is passionate about delivering results and creating an impact across businesses.
 
She founded Agency360 in 2007 where she and her team provided talent acquisition solutions for over a decade and co-founded LeaderEQ, a digital advisory platform in 2017 with her daughter, Chessa.  
  
Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Mills College and an MBA from University of San Francisco. She enjoys her daily yoga practice, reading political blogs, watching psychological thrillers, and walks with Chessa and her puppy, Lily.

Chessa Eskandanian-Yee
Co-Founder

​Born into the world of human capital, Chessa found her passion for talent acquisition and development from watching her mother, Katherine, advise candidates & clients alike, and helping them grow their businesses with the right people. Spending her summers working at Agency360, she first started running the social media platforms and eventually placed her first candidate at age 17. 
 
While in college, she created LeaderEQ to provide a matchmaking and communication platform that would enable executives to select and engage with the right business advisors.
  
Chessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Smith College. Chessa has been involved through volunteer and financial contributions to the Berkeley Humane Society and The Bay School of San Francisco. She enjoys cycling, playing guitar, composing music, traveling and playing tennis.

Clare Roediger
Head of Workplace & Creative

Captivated by all things creative, artistic, and design-related, Clare crafts compelling stories that reflect her creative vision. Her innate talent for painting and drawing set the stage for a lifelong pursuit of visual storytelling and the creation of impactful, beautiful spaces.

Clare began her studies at Smith College studying Economics. Her unyielding drive for creative expression propelled her to further her studies at Otis College of Art and Design, earning a BFA in Environmental Design: Architecture, Landscape, and Interiors. Upon graduating, Clare quickly made her mark in the commercial interior design world, working at a MillerKnoll furniture dealership.

At AdvisorEY, Clare spearheads marketing and branding initiatives, as well as oversees clients’ workplace strategy needs through real estate, design, and project management services. Her background in economics, combined with her expertise in environmental design, enables Clare to meticulously plan design projects while managing risks and ensuring aesthetic harmony and equity.
